SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Lions Club new President Adam Costello presented retiring President Nancy Cuffle with a plaque, pin and gavel at a recent luncheon at the Upstairs Lounge in Austintown. Costello also received a gavel and pin from Cuffle. New officers and board members were installed during a candlelight ceremony.
