The Hine Memorial Fund of the Youngstown Foundation has awarded a $15,000 grant to the Children’s Dyslexia Center of Youngstown for its Sponsor-A-Child program. The funds will subsidize three children for one year of tutoring in the Orton-Gillingham Multisensory Structured Language Program. Above, from left, are Ronald E.
