SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Allison Oltmann of the American Heart Association spoke recently at a meeting of the Youngstown Lions Club in honor of National Wear Red Day. She informed members about heart disease, the leading cause of death in America, including early warning signs and ways to prevent heart attacks and strokes. Oltmann also congratulated CVS for its decision to stop selling tobacco products.
