Rabbi Daria Jacobs-Velde, left, of Congregation Ohev Tzedek in Boardman, and Deana Tareshawty of Bella Nitesh spiritual arts and education center in Hitchcock Park in Boardman, are coordinators of a women’s empowerment day set Sunday.
