SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Youngstown Section of the National Council of Negro Women Inc. recently had its sixth annual Hats Off to Seniors Christmas luncheon at the McGuffey Centre in Youngstown. More than 100 senior citizens were treated to a holiday meal of baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, mixed vegetables, salad and dessert. They listened to Christmas music and played bingo, and there were door prizes. Above, the top three winners in a “hat parade” were chosen at the conclusion of the luncheon.
