SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR A Lions Zone 4 meeting took place Nov. 13 at Cassese’s MVR in Youngstown, and 48 Lions attended. Clubs from Hubbard, Girard, Youngstown, McDonald and Austintown reported on activities and services that were done in their communities since they met in August. Lions Past District Governor Tom Zickefoose presented the Austintown club with a first-place patch for their banner for winning his public relations contest in a club with fewer than 31 members.
