Jeff Lange | The Vindicator Jaslyn Abrams (right) and Teandre Perry of Youngstown look down at a photo of their 2 1/2 month old Noelle on the front step of their home in Youngstown. Noelle, born March 28th, died overnight while sleeping with her mother on June 15th of this year.
