SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Struthers Rotary continues its participation in the dictionary project, with a goal of helping students to become good writers, active readers, creative thinkers and resourceful learners by providing them with their own personal dictionary. Each year the club provides dictionaries to third-graders in Campbell, Lowellville, Struthers and St. Nicholas schools.
