ROBERT K. YOSAY | THE VINDICATOR...The Mahoning County Salvation Army is gearing up to bring relief and Christmas cheers to those in need in the community through its 2014 toy distribution and food vouchers this week. About 3,000 pre-registered needy children will receive Christmas toys and clothes, and about 1,500 needy families,
