SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Niles F.O.P. Lodge 27 has announced its annual winter project, which is feeding senior citizens. Dinner for seniors will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center.
