The theme of the 39th Twins Days Festival, in Twinsburg, Ohio, was a trip to the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s. The festivities began with a Family Twins Picnic, over which the 2013 Royal Court presided. At left, twins Rose Italiano Pacalo, left, and Charlotte Italiano completed their 2013 reign as queens when they installed members of the 2014 court. As 10-year event participants in the world’s largest gathering of multiples, Rose resides in North Lima and Charlotte lives in Poland. They were awarded a 2014 bronze medal in their twins category.
