SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: The Columbiana Street Fair will take place Sept. 4, 5 and 6, and the Tourism Committee of the Chamber of Commerce invites the public to stop at its information booth. Information will be available for the 2014 Joy of Christmas Drive-Through Light Show. A limited supply of season passes will be available during the fair at a cost of $15 each.
