SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Girard Herb Society is offering the Rayne Brubaker Memorial Award of $500 to a senior who is planning to attend a university, community college or technical school. The student must have a grade point average of 3.0 to 3.85 and must be nominated by a guidance counselor or teacher.
