SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR At the March 19 meeting of the Rotary Club of Warren, President John Campolito presented a check for $10,000 to Kenya Roberts-Howard, YWCA executive director, and Shari Harrell, past YWCA executive director. The check is the final installment of a pledge made three years ago toward the YWCA’s building/renovation drive. Harrell secured the $30,000 pledge from the Rotary Club of Warren in 2012. The pledge helped to fund construction of a project that will provide safe housing for women in transition. Harrell is the president and CEO of the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.
