SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR On the right is Judy Zimmer of Howland, AARP volunteer tax preparer, filing taxes for Des Puhak, also of Howland. The Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St., is continuing AARP tax preparation through Friday. There are at least five preparers on site each Friday. Appointments must be made by calling the center at 330-544-3676.
