The Humane Society of Columbiana County will host a Chips & Dip event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the ROCC (Reduce Overpopulation of Cats and Canines) and Rescue Center, 1825 S. Lincoln Ave., Salem. Microchips and scheduled appointments will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Microchips cost $20 including registration. Dog grooming including nail trim, ear cleaning and bandana is $10 for small 
dogs, $15 for medium dogs and $20 for large dogs. Call the society 
at 330-332-8622. All proceeds go toward medical costs at the 
humane society. Those who donate supplies will receive raffle
