Roselyn Gadd, left, will welcome Carol Starre-Kmiecik to the area as she portrays Jacqueline Kennedy at 10 a.m. Monday at Austintown Library Community Room, Raccoon Road. The event is sponsored by Friends of Austintown Library in honor of American Woman’s Month. Starre-Kmiecik’s performances are educational and entertaining. Admission is free. SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR
