SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Lions Club’s 92nd Annual Turtle Derby will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday in downtown Lowellville by the gazebo on Water Street. Cole Cuffle is checking out some of the turtles. Turtles will race and there will be a basket auction, games and prizes for the kids, food and a car show. The Lions hope to raise $30,000 this year. Proceeds are used to benefit the community. For information call 330-503-0777.
