Warren G. Harding High School graduate Taylor Stephenson will attend Youngstown State University this fall on a full-ride scholarship, including room and board. Her mother, Billie Bradley, getting a hug inside of Warren’s Mocha House, agrees she could not have afforded to send her daughter to college without the Academic Achievers program.
