SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Ursuline Preschool and Kindergarten in Canfield has begun a Caring is Sharing candy campaign. Two moms, Nicole Billack of Canfield and Kris Oddis of Boardman, came up with a way to give much of the extra candy in their homes to children in need. Sojourner House and the Juvenile Justice Center agreed to accept the surplus.
