MADELYN P. HASTINGS | THE VINDICATOR (L-R) Matt O'Mansky and Jerry Ward look at the results of a 3-D scan of the eroded tombstone of George Foulkes. O’Mansky is using the scanner to try to make out the words on the tombstone in the Glenview Cemetery in East Palestine. O'Mansky was contacted by Ward, who is a descendant of Foulkes. Foulkes was captured by Indians as a young boy in 1780 and remained a captive for 11 years before escaping.
