MADELYN P. HASTINGS | THE VINDICATOR The tombstone of George Foulkes in the Glenview Cemetery in East Palestine. Matt O’Mansky is using a 3-D scanner to try to make out the words on athe tombstone. O'Mansky was contacted by a descendant of George Foulkes, who the tombstone is dedicated to. Foulkes was captured by Indians as a young boy in 1780 and remained a captive for 11 years before escaping.
