Vicki Kennedy, the wife of the late U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy, said President Barack Obama, a fellow Democrat, has a stronger record of commitment to women than Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee. Kennedy spoke Wednesday outside the Mahoning County Board of Elections in Youngstown.
