CAPBW also supports Christina House in Columbiana and Buckeye Girls State programs. It also is donating three $1,500 scholarships to area high school seniors. Quaker Steak & Lube in Austintown recently sponsored a Red Solo Cup fundraiser for autism. More than $3,000 was raised and donated to Fairhaven School in Niles. On April 25, the Lube’s marketing manager, Danielle Hall, and Coop, its chicken mascot, visited the school and presented the proceeds to school principal Rosanne Morell. Preschool students made a thank-you card for the folks at the Lube, which was given to Hall by her nephew, Angelo, a student at the school.
