This photo was taken 10 years ago of Heather Atkinson and her mother, Sharon Pink, both of East Palestine, at Sharon's wedding. Heather, now 18, says her mom has been her best friend her whole life, and that "being her baby and only child, we look forward to the day this photo can be taken again ... at my wedding."
