Cassidy Ross submitted this photo of her family, taken in Las Vegas last Christmas. She says her mom, center, is her inspiration because she's devoted her life to taking care of children — almost 300, in fact. For 36 years, her mom has been a foster mom. There are now five children in the family: Geo, 40; Chris, 22; Cassidy, 15; Marie, 13; and Rose, 6.
