Donna Carbon of Canfield says her mom, 93-year-old Louise Diorio, told her years ago after a particularly stressful event that she was there for Donna. Now that Louise is in Omni Manor Health Care Center in Youngstown and is unable to speak, Donna knows Louise knows that Donna is there for her. "After all," Donna says, "that's what best friends are for."
