Capt. Myles Frohling, U.S. Army recruiter, at left, receives a MSVC-MOAA flag set from retired Col. Walter Duzzny, president of the Mahoning and Shenango Valleys Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America. The flags are the U.S. Flag and the state flags of Pennsylvania and Ohio. Capt. Frohling was the guest speaker at a recent MSVC-MOAA Chapter dinner meeting.
