Youngstown State’s Marcus Heath raises his arms in celebration after driving in the tying run in the bottom of the ninth inning during Sunday’s game against Horizon League rival Milwuakee at Eastwood Field in Niles. The Penguins defeated the Panthers, 4-3, in 11 innings.
