The Rotary club was busy over the weekend filling flag orders for the Fourth of July. The cost is $25, and the Rotary is still taking orders. Contact any member of Struthers Rotary.

As part of Field Day 2012, Holy Family School students had a chance to dunk their computer/art instructor, Janet Cadman. The event took place on school grounds in Poland, and students also enjoyed bounce-arounds, games, snacks and face painting. Field Day is a tradition at Holy Family School and takes place the day prior to the last day of school. Parents, teachers and seventh-grade students help coordinate the event.

STEM Explore is a collaboration between YSU’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics and education colleges.
