TOPSoccer is a community-based soccer program designed to meet the needs of athletes ages 8 and older with physical and/or mental disabilities. The kids play on real soccer fields with real goals, coaches, referees and rules. There are accommodations for the players in wheelchairs, players with assisting devices, players who may have trouble moving around the field and understanding all the strategies, and players who just need the game slowed down. In its ninth year, TOPSoccer is looking for more players. Sign-ups will be extended through June. For more information or to sign up a new player contact Melissa McDermott at 330-984-6620 as soon as possible.
