In June, the U.S. housing market showed evidence of a recovery when builders broke ground on the most new homes in nearly four years. The Mahoning Valley has seen strong regional home sales, too. Four new lots are being prepared for construction at the Lakes at Sharrot Hill Development in Beaver Township.
