The Columbiana County Fair Board honored Julie Herron on Jan. 25 for her 12 years of service to the county 4-H programs and Junior Fair. Don Humphrey Jr., above, president of the fair board, presented Herron with a token of appreciation. She retired Jan. 31, and a farewell open house took place in her honor at the extension office.
