Brooke Rodgers of Lake Milton, a sophomore at Jackson-Milton Schools, was the winner of the holiday song contest at Newton Falls Public Library, 204 S. Canal St. The daughter of Mark and Dawn Rodgers is a member of Girl Scout Troop 239 and volunteers at the library. Tins of popcorn and cookies were her prize.
