Ironworkers Local 207 members John Gallagher of Youngstown, left, and Tim Evans of Boardman, working for Diamond Steel of Boardman, assemble a new walkway between the Butler Institute of American Art and Butler North. The bridge will be a walkway gallery and will display the museum’s historic glass-bell collection.
