Using a symbolic gesture to represent a partnership of three decades between Canfield Lions Club and Youngstown Radio Reading Center are, from left, Ted Filmer, Lions past district governor; Harry Pancher, Lion; Mike Bosela of the center; and Ed Ellis, Lion.
