Ohio flag commemorates 9/11: To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks on New York; Washington, D.C.; and Pennsylvania, Columbiana County Recorder Craig Brown, right, presented an Ohio state flag to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church of Leetonia. Accepting the flag for the church was the Rev. Kari Lankford. Brown was accompanied to the presentation by his son, Aaron Brown.
