Sara Cummings and Joshua Kramer were selected as 2011 Outstanding Youth winners. Outstanding Youth candidates represent youths involved in any of the seven Junior Fair organizations: Boy Scouts, Girls Scouts, 4-H, Camp Fire, Future Farmers of America, Grange and Farm Bureau.
