Children age 3 to 9 can enjoy Story Time with Mrs. Claus at the Harriet Taylor Upton House, 380 Mahoning Ave. NW in Warren. The event will take place from 12:30 to 2 p.m. and 3:30 to 5 p.m. Dec. 10 and from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 11. Children will get an individual photo with Mrs. Claus and can decorate a photo frame or do other craft items. A child-friendly lunch and dessert will be available, and adults will be served refreshments in the library. The cost is $10 per child, and reservations are required and due by Nov. 30.
