Jaime Garayua, general manager of Stadium Volkswagen in Boardman, presented the keys to two 2012 Volkswagen Beetles to Kimberly Winfrey and Toles. The cars were purchased by Oprah Winfrey, and the taxes and fees were paid by Volkswagen.
