Dan Napolitan, 59, of Austintown has worked as an electronic technician for 25 years in the maintenance department at the Youngstown processing center. He’s one of about 500 Valley workers who could lose their jobs should the U.S. Postal Service eliminate a proposed 35,000 positions.
