Allen L. Wolkoff, originally from Warren but who now lives in Youngstown, served in World War II in the U.S. Army 332nd Engineers for a total of 38 months. He received five Bronze Stars. This is a photo from his Army days submitted by his daughter, Elyse Silverman of Youngstown.
