A Rotarian welcome: Struthers Rotary Club recently welcomed its newest member, Darla Shobel. Charter member Paul Paris presents Shobel with her Object of Rotary plaque. She is a scheduling coordinator for Comfort Keepers and has lived in Struthers for the past 16 years.
