Family members of Jamail Johnson gather around the plaque that will rest under the tree planted in Johnson’s memory. The plaque was dedicated by Johnson’s fraternity, Omega Psi Phi, Woodrow Wilson Middle School and the Youngstown State University Student Government Association.
