Susie Hogan of Boardman says they adopted their 4-month-old Beagle, Ruby, from WAGS animal shelter in Columbiana in May. She received top-notch training at a prison in Hubbard while she waited to be adopted. Ruby is an extremely friendly, high energy puppy who always makes them smile. Ruby currently lives with two cats, Lina and Dingle, also adopted from animal shelters.
