Jamie Hayes prepares to plant her garden at Jubilee Community Garden on Lafayette Street in the Brier Hill section of Youngstown. Hayes, above, said Monday she learned about gardening from her great-grandmother while growing up in Dayton. Youngstown has several community garden sites, and all 33 plots at Jubilee are taken.
