JESSICA M. KANALAS | THE VINDICATOR..Edwin, 4, who was too shy to share his last name, stands soaked after playing in the water from the hose of Engine 12 of the Youngstown Fire Department. City Youth director Andrea Mahone runs summer activities for the children in the Plaza View Apartment complex, which is the only public housing in the city without a Youth Center. Mahone said the program, called "Increase the Peace," was implemented into the community to "make them respect and love the city of Youngstown."..-30-
