Annual Legislative Brunch: The League of Women Voters of Trumbull County hosted its annual Legislative Brunch on Jan. 22 at DiLucia’s Banquet Center in Warren. Fifty-two people attended, including members of supportive women’s clubs, local, county and state elective officials and board members of LWV of Trumbull County. The brunch was started years ago to give league members and their guests the opportunity to meet in a personal atmosphere with their elected officials. At that time, an annual basket auction and 50-50 raffle were instituted to help raise funds to publish the “Local Voter Guide” for Trumbull County residents.
