According to the plan: The Upton Association has many ambitious plans for 2011, including the improvement of the Upton House on Mahoning Avenue in Warren and the Women’s Park in Warren, and adding quality to the community. Among those interested in making the plans a reality are members of the executive board, from left, Tom Barnes and Judy Sheridan, who are returning to the board as secretary and treasurer; Carol Olson, president; Ken Conklin, vice president; and Sue Stoddard, past president.
