Youngstown State sophomore diver Casey Hill prepares to enter the water as she dives from a platform during a swim meet. Hill and her Penguins teammates will participate in the Horizon League championship meet, which begins today and lasts until Saturday. Hill will compete in the 1- and 3-meter diving competitions.
